My recent experience at Pension Mastil 16 was a mixed bag. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the clean and modern facilities, including a tastefully decorated room with ample space for our family of four. Free WiFi throughout the property proved beneficial for planning our next adventure. The 24-hour front desk staff were readily available to assist, providing us with information about local restaurants and nearby attractions. Our arrival was challenging due to a lack of clarity in the check-in process, which resulted in late-night confusion. While the owner did respond promptly to inquiries before our stay, the initial difficulties detracted from an otherwise convenient location only 15 minutes from the airport. In sum, despite some operational hiccups, Pension Mastil 16 offers a decent option for families seeking comfort and accessibility, marked by thoughtful amenities.
